Monthly Dues

Service Charge:

*   0.2% per monthly (C.B.A.) productive payroll amount

        YTD Manhour Discounts:

        0.2% if less than 75K YTD manhours;

        0.15% if greater than 75K YTD  manhours;

        0% if greater than 150K YTD manhours

Dues:

*   $12.50 ($150.00 due annually, pro-rated and billed monthly)

Sample:

*   Est. 10,000 monthly payroll hours, est. $300,000 in monthly productive payroll
